The property
Ground floor:
The cottage consists of a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a shower room with WC and a living/dining room from which you can access the bedroom on the mezzanine floor via a stone staircase. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a comfortable double bed.
Mezzanine:
The stairs lead to the open and bright mezzanine with a double bed.
Garden and terrain
The cottage is situated in an oak grove surrounded by lavender fields, cherry trees and vineyards. From the house you can see the villages of Caseneuve and St Martin de Castillon in the distance. A small pool offers you the opportunity to relax and refresh yourself. The entire property is for the exclusive use of the tenants.
Good to know
The bedroom, which is on the 1st floor mezzanine, does not have direct access to the shower room/WC on the ground floor.
There is no wifi in the Mazet, but mobile internet works very well. There are no electric radiators, but a lovely wood-burning stove provides warmth during the mid-season (wood supply is available).
