Believe me, as soon as you step inside, you will feel the relaxed atmosphere in this recently completely renovated, cozy bungalow. Look around you, smell the sea air, breathe and open up. You will feel the peace descend upon you... and... wow!... that is a wonderful feeling.The bungalow has a spacious enclosed garden with two terraces all around, one of which is covered with a large dining table and a terrace with a lovely lounge set and sunshade.The holiday home is furnished in a child-friendly way. There are two bunk beds on which a Deryan bed for small babies up to ± 6 months and a so-called Safety bed for the slightly older children can be placed underneath. There is also a changing table, a bath, a trip trap chair and a high chair. And of course toys for inside and outside!There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has two bunk beds. A spacious living room with open kitchen. The cozy living room has a tiled floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, extractor hood, coffee maker, refrigerator and gas stove.The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower with large sink. The toilet is separate. Handles are attached in the shower and toilet.From the living room you enter the garden with terrace through the sliding doors. The garden is closed off by a gate and a fence. There are two terraces, one of which is covered.Duinzicht is a small-scale park with 6 holiday bungalows. This bungalow is beautifully situated, quiet and very sheltered. This lovely detached holiday bungalow is located approximately 2 kilometers from the wide sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee.Surroundings of De LavendeltuinIn the vicinity of the holiday home De Lavendeltuin there are nice facilities and many activities are organized. In Callantsoog you will find several restaurants, beach pavilions for a nice snack and drink. A supermarket is around the corner for any groceries.There is also plenty to do for children in the area, such as a visit to the play park 'De Goudvis' or another play park called 'Land van Fluwel', which is 300 metres away. There are many more play parks and zoos in the area!A day with less nice weather? Use the facilities (for a fee) such as an indoor swimming pool at the adjacent Campanula park. You can also use the launderette at Campanula, which is located just after the barrier on the left.The bungalow also has board games and reading books for young and old.Do you say holiday on the North Holland coast? Then you say Sint Maarten! On foot or by bike you can reach the wide sandy beach through the beautiful dune area. Don't feel like walking or cycling? Use the Beach bus. This is available during the summer months between 10:00 and 19:00 for only €1. There are also sufficient parking spaces for disabled people at the beach, and a new path has been constructed for people who are dependent on a wheelchair. A special wheelchair with wide tires is available at beach pavilion Zuid.For true nature lovers, the nearby nature reserve Het Wildrijk is a true Eldorado, especially in spring. There are numerous nice villages and towns to visit in the area. In short, you will not be bored for a moment here!
