If the renter cancels their lease for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, then the renter is obligated to pay the landlord compensation equal to the rental amount or a part of the rental amount. From the sixth week before the start of the rental period until the second week before the rental period, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged.
