The house is tastefully decorated with new furnishings and can accommodate up to 9 guests. Inside, you will find a cosy and spacious living room open to a well-equipped kitchen – perfect for cooking and socialising together. The holiday home has five bedrooms: four with double beds and one with a single bed. There are two bright and modern bathrooms, and the house is also equipped with a dishwasher, Wi-Fi and, for cooler days, a pellet stove provides comfortable warmth and a cosy atmosphere. The cosy conservatory extends the summer and provides a bright and relaxing space for coffee, board games or quiet evenings with a view of the garden. The house is well-insulated and can be used all year round, so whether you’re looking for a summer holiday by the sea or cozy winter time in front of the pellet stove, this holiday home provides the perfect setting for a relaxing and unforgettable stay on Lolland. Tenants must bring their own pellets for the stove. Outside, there is a large, green garden where the whole family can play and relax. Dogs are allowed, so the whole family can come on holiday and enjoy the lovely surroundings together. On the large wooden terrace, you can enjoy a good dinner, relax with a book or simply listen to the sounds of nature – whatever the weather. The beach is just 500 metres from the house, where you can swim, go for long walks or enjoy the view from the bathing jetty. The area offers beautiful walking and cycling routes, and you can easily visit Rødby and Lalandia, which are only a 10-minute drive away. The holiday home is located in a quiet and charming area close to the dike and the sea. In Kramnitze (2 km), there are shopping facilities and a pizzeria during the summer season. Kramnitze is a cosy old fishing village with a shelter and beach volleyball court – perfect for an excursion. The area is home to the cosy Strandgården restaurant, which is definitely worth a visit. Youth groups are not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
