Umgebung top, Zustand des Hauses und der Betreuung grenzwertig
Das Haus war bestenfalls oberflächlich gereinigt. In der Dusche waren die Fugen über dem Boden z. T. schwarz. Betten waren nur teilweise bezogen (angeblich Missverständnis zwischen Vermieter und Betreuer), auf einem Laken war ein großer Fleck (war aber angeblich gewaschen), Geschirr schmutzig, Pfanne nicht benutzbar (dickes Angebranntes noch drin), reichlich Spinnweben in den oberen Zimmerecken. Von 3 Rauchmeldern fehlten 2. Die vom Vermieter benannte Betreuerin wies alle Verantwortung von sich und war sehr unkooperativ, hat aber wenigstens die Betten bezogen und nochmal durchgesaugt. Totaler Renovierungsstau. Haus wirkt, obwohl erst ca. 20 bis 25 Jahre alt, lieblos und vernachlässigt. Haus ist zwar für bis zu 5 Personen angegeben, Essecke im Haus und Terassentisch aber nur für 4 Personen bestuhlt.
