This 68 m² vacation home for families on the North Sea coast can accommodate up to six people. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room with a cozy lounge area, a wood-burning stove, and a large dining table, as well as an open, fully equipped kitchen. The daylight bathroom with underfloor heating is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washing machine—practical for everyday family life and beach adventures.

Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, single bed, and extra bed, as well as a second bedroom with two separate beds. A cot, high chair, and stair gate are of course available. The furnished terrace is perfect for playing and reading, while the garden offers space to run around. The house is located near the beach (1 km), and Watt'n Bad, Kutterhafen, and Obereversand lighthouse are within walking distance. Parking spaces are available at the house, and there is an electric charging station in the complex.
