Beschreibung

The interior leaves little to be desired: approximately 80 sqm of living space, a cozy seating area in the living room, an open fireplace, a radio with CD player, and a television set with satellite dish (for receiving German, Spanish, and other TV and radio programs). The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The two bedrooms have beds with mattresses measuring 180 x 200 cm, but there is only one wardrobe available. Fabrics, furniture, and walls have been color-coordinated harmoniously.

The kitchen features a dining area, gas hob, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, small oven, etc. A washing machine and hairdryer are available. There is also ample bed linen, allowing for a weekly change of linens. Dish towels, hand towels, and bath towels are provided.

- For cancellation up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
- For cancellation from the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
- For cancellation from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
- From the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
- In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged.
- The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.

With an equally unique view of the ocean, you can gaze along the coast towards Puerto de la Cruz or in the evening see the lights on the neighboring island of La Palma. No noise or prying eyes to disturb you, just the sound of the sea. And in the evening, the moon can be observed perfectly. With a glass of wine, it becomes a romantic experience.
Newly added is a viewpoint with a fantastic view of Socorro Beach. Enjoying the sound of the sea here and watching the surfers is certainly an experience that will be remembered for a long time.

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen mit ganz viel Gemütlichkeit das ist die Finca La Luna. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants sind schnell erreichbar. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl. Wir kommen wieder.
