The holiday house is built in 2017. From the outside it looks tradionally, the inside is comfortable and modern.
The kitchen has all the facilities you need, like microwave, dish washer, cooking and baking facilities., coffee machine, nespresso etc.
The bedrooms are equipped with luxurious boxspring beds. Two attached bathrooms with toilet and bath and shower.
One bedroom has a terrace balcony overlooking the garden. In 2022, we installed a new and easy staircase instead of the original steep ladder to the third bedroom.
The living room has a lounge bank, tv with soundbar and a fire-place. The storage area on the ground floor has a washing and drying combination. It can also store walking or ski shoes for drying purposes.

Perfekte Unterkunft, mit Wohlfühlcharakter
Die Ausstattung des sehr gepflegten Ferienhauses lässt keine Wünsche offen (sogar Kinderbesteck war in ausreichender Menge vorhanden) . Der beheizte Pool war in ständiger Benutzung und bot einen echten Ausgleich zu den Ausflügen und Bergwanderungen. Die Nähe zu Villach lässt auch Shoppingtouren zu. Wir sind begeistert und kommen bestimmt wieder.
