The house has a big terrace, about 35 m2, located in front, southern side.
Terrace has garden furniture and the view of swimming pool and most of the garden.

Grill terrace, 20m2 and barbeque is located on the western side of the house. It is covered with movable "Pergola" cover fitted with led lights, lights are fitted with dimer.
Place has 8 chairs big dining table. Terrace has direct access to the kitchen.
Three bedrooms on the 1st.floor have a balcony.
On the 1st.floor is also one 8m2 terrace which has direct sea view.
House has 4 bathrooms/toilets, two master bedrooms have bathroom/toilet inside, as a part of the bedroom.
Swimming pool is 8x4m,fully automatic chemical controls, fitted with titanium glass tiles, so pool is always clean.

Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Banic for allowing us to enjoy our stay in this oasis of peace and relaxation. Everything was excellent, from the spacious and comfortable rooms, the clean and beautiful bathrooms, the well-equipped kitchen, the pool, and the terrace, to the hosts willingness to always give helpful advice. The beach is only a few meters away from the accommodation. The place has a unique atmosphere that we will remember for a long time

This house was perfect for us and the extended family (four adults, one teenager, two younger children). It is very comfortably furnished, immaculately clean and the garden is well maintained. The highlight for all of us, especially the children, was the pool and the relaxing garden around it. The location is quiet, back from the main road and family friendly.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Lage perfekt. Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight der Unterkunft.
In 50m ist man beim Meer und hat auch viele Essensmöglichkeiten rundherum. Es gibt nichts was wir an unserem Urlaub hier auszusetzen zu haben. Es war sehr erholsam und beruhigend.
Ein großes Dankeschön an Boris für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt! Es ist alles sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight. Außerdem ist das Meer nur 50m vom Haus entfernt und damit sehr leicht und schnell zugänglich. Boris war ein sehr guter Gastgeber und stets freundlich und man hat gerne mit ihm geplaudert. Die Lage war sehr toll und die Gegend wunderschön.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön! Die Lage (direkt am Meer) ist perfekt. Der Pool toll um sich zu erfrischen. Die Ausstattung ist optimal mit schönen Zimmern und tollen Bädern.
Der Vermieter Boris ist sehr zuvorkommend aber nicht aufdringlich.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We were two families and stayed at this house for two weeks in July 2025. The house is very nice, everything was clean and to our satisfaction.
The pool is gorgeous and we had a lot of fun in it. Around the pool were the most comfortable beach loungers we have ever encountered in a vacation home.
The beach is 2-3 minutes away on foot, practically just across the street from the house. There are stores and restaurants in walking distance and there's also a bus stop practically near the house, so that a car becomes optional.
Boris was a very nice host, discreet but reliable and always there in case we needed something.
If you come by car from Split, make sure you take a left on the small street before the ORIJ 2 bus station; Google Maps took us all the way to Omis just to tu us back again.

This was our second time staying at "Ana". We had a really wonderful time. We were enjoying comfortable and well equipped house and beautiful surroundings, and the kids had a great time in the pool. Mr. Boris is an adorable host, always ready to help. We really hope to come back next year.
