Enjoy the wonderful sea view from the terrace of this renovated holiday home! From the access road and the parking facilities, it is only a few steps down the stairs to the front door. Quietly situated on the edge of a well-kept residential complex, you can easily reach everything on foot from here: swimming pool with children's pool and lifeguard, tennis court and also the cosy clubhouse with restaurant. The centre of the popular holiday resort and the heated open-air town swimming pool, to which you have free admission from April to the end of June, are also within easy reach.

La Croix-Valmer is located at the foothills of the Moorish Mountains, in a 220-hectare nature reserve between Le Lavandou and Saint-Tropez. Seven natural sandy beaches and 6 kilometres of coastline offer bathing pleasures in particularly clear water. The beach at Gigaro is one of the most beautiful. A beautiful panorama offers itself to you on the walks through the woods and along the coast up to the Cap Lardier. Shuttle bus to the beach, only in high season. The neighbouring villages of Gassin with its polo club, Ramatuelle and Cavalaire are worth a visit. Saint-Tropez and the large sandy beaches of Sainte-Maxime are only a few kilometres away and the islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros or l'Île du Levant can be reached quickly by ferry.
