Welcome to The Seagull, a modern, comfortable holiday home proudly owned and maintained by Stephane and Jeannette. Completed in 2022, this tranquil property in Scherpenisse is beautifully situated on the Oosterschelde, offering guests authentic Zeeland atmosphere, peace, and nature. The house is tastefully decorated and fully equipped, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy sitting area, and comfortable beds for a wonderful night's sleep. Outside, you can enjoy a spacious garden with a covered terrace, perfect for relaxing in all seasons. Here, the only sounds are the birds, and you may even see hares scampering across the field—a truly restorative escape.

We pride ourselves on the personal attention and high standard of hygiene. We personally handle the cleaning, ensuring that bed linens, mattress protectors, and pillowcases are all changed with every turnover. The home is family-friendly, set up with a high chair and board games, and pets are welcome to join the holiday fun. Food lovers will appreciate the proximity to quality local dining: Brasserie De Zeester (500 m) offers fresh fish, while Restaurant SMAEK (650 m) provides culinary enjoyment. Fresh bread is available daily from Baker Cock Leys, and local specialties can be explored in Sint-Maartensdijk.

The location is a paradise for nature and water activities. Within walking distance is a small beach behind the seawall, ideal for swimming or fresh air. Situated directly on the Oosterschelde, this spot is perfect for diving enthusiasts, with top locations like Gorishoek, De Plaat, and Wrak den Boer nearby. Boat trips can also be taken from here to spot seals, providing an unforgettable experience.

Schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Viel Platz für eine Gruppe. Freundlicher Eigentümer, der uns vorab kontaktierte, um alles zu erklären und auch danach in Kontakt blieb. Wunderschöne Umgebung direkt an der Oosterschelde.
