Fantastic large villa with panoramic sea views, close to the sea and the beautiful sandy beaches of the renowned Gien Peninsula. This stunning villa is situated in a tranquil residential area, surrounded by nature with magnificent pine trees and a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden on a hillside. There is a spacious terrace with a pool (which can be heated during the season) and modern lounge furniture, sun umbrellas, an outdoor shower, AND a sensational sea view! On the pool level, there is a separate entrance to access the lower area externally, featuring 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a large walk-in shower), as well as a small kitchenette and a small dining table, which comes in handy when you want to quickly grab something from the fridge by the pool.

On the upper level, there is another beautiful master bedroom with a large double bed and an ensuite bathroom - offering a delightful sea view! There is also a very spacious, bright, open living and dining area adorned with wonderful paintings by Astruc and Boca, featuring a cozy lounge area and a reading corner, with a modern fireplace as the focal point. The large, modern, and well-equipped kitchen is a true delight for cooking enthusiasts! In front of the kitchen, there is another large terrace with a dining table, where you can once again enjoy that marvelous view. Parking spaces are available on the property, along with a Tesla charging station and an electric gate. This is a beautifully light-filled house, perfect for spending time with friends or family, especially those with older children.

Tolles Haus. Vielen Dank für die Empfehlung. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub. Schön war, dass man den Pool auch im Mai beheizen konnte, es war nicht jeden Tag super Wetter - aber die Kinder konnten schwimmen - echt klasse.
