The holiday home is situated on a hill in the "La Clape" mountain range, at the end of a cul-de-sac. The living space is 95 sqm with a sea view. The bedrooms and bathrooms (2x shower and 2x toilet), as well as the utility room, are located on the ground floor. The living area (dining, living room, and kitchen) is on the upper floor. Enjoy your private pool with an outdoor shower on hot days. All windows in the house are equipped with heat-insulating double glazing and individual blinds. In addition, there is air conditioning on the upper floor. All rooms are equipped with heating. Should it rain, you can enjoy all German channels on the large 50-inch TV or watch one of the numerous movies on Netflix (free of charge).

The pool comes with a retractable hard plastic cover, allowing you to easily close it after each use, protecting it from flying leaves. This eliminates the hassle of frequent pool cleaning. Additionally, the pool is equipped with an automatic chlorine dispenser, which reduces pool maintenance to a minimum. Thanks to the hard plastic cover, small children cannot fall into the pool.
Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern für eine Woche im Lavendeltraum und haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, auch mit Sachen für Kinder. Auch die Küche hat wirklich alles was man so braucht. Der Pool war bei den Kindern sehr beliebt. Die Lage ist toll, da es sehr ruhig ist und man einen schönen Ausblick hat.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war spitze. Immer hilfsbereit und super nett, viele Infos schon vorab. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in absolut toller, ruhiger Lage mit fantastischem Ausblick. Top ausgestattet, lässt es keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gepflegt und sauber mit einem Vermieter, der jeder Zeit ansprechbar ist und auf jede Art von Wünschen eingeht und immer mit super Tipps zur Verfügung steht
Wir waren schon mehrere Male in diesem Ferienhaus und es war wie immer super. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung des Hauses, Kontakt mit Vermieter und die Umgebung alles top.
Ein super schönes top sauberes Haus. Es fehlte an nichts ; alles was ,man sich vorstellte war vorhanden. Ruhige Lage. Toller Garten, toller Pool. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war stets mega freundlich und serviceorientiert. Alles in allem zu 100 % perfekt und weiter zu empfehlen.
Nachdem wir coronabedingt letztes Jahr unseren Urlaub verschieben mussten (an dieser Stelle herzlichen Dank an Herrn Tomczyk wegen der sehr kulanten Handhabung), konnten wir nun 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Lavendeltraum verbringen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
