The Pool in the outside area is available for the common use. Also, we have a parking lot, where you can park your car for free. Furthermore, you can have a BBQ with your family here!

29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
From 14 to 1 day before arrival or no show 50% of the invoice amount.
The cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit
To eliminate the cost risk, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
2. Substitute tenant: The tenant has the right to propose a substitute tenant. This must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. He enters into the contract under the existing conditions. Tenants and replacement tenants are jointly and severally liable for the rent.
3. The receipt of the notification by the landlord is decisive for the calculation of the cancellation fee (the next working day applies on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Toller Urlaub
wir hatten im Sep./Okt. Ihre schönes Ferienhaus Lorena gemietet und waren total begeistert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man benötigt ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Bei super Wetter konnten wir den Salzwasserpool auch noch nutzen.
Uns hat Istrien sehr gut gefallen, wir haben viele Touren unternommen und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in Istrien/Kroatien. Bedanken möchten wir uns für den Istrischen Perlwein und bei unserer Ansprechpartnerin Lorena, die sich sehr hilfsbereit sofort um alles gekümmert hat.

Eine schöne Woche mit kleinen Fehlern
Wir fanden ein sehr schöne geschmackvolle Einrichtung.
Wir verstehen dass die Einrichtung neu ist aber die vielen Hinweise wie schonend wir damit umgehen soll kann man sich sparen.
Leider müssen wir noch die sehr schlechte WLAN verbindung bemängel. Bei guter Wlan stärke kommen wir gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Anlage - sehr zu Empfehlen
Die Bungalows sind sehr sauber und besonders die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was ein Selbstversorger benötigt - wir waren positiv überrascht.
Der Vermieter spricht u.a. fließend Deutsch und Englisch und ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und charmant. Uns hat er sehr viel Interessantes von Land und Leuten erzählt - besonders dafür bedanken wir uns besonders bei ihm.
Diese Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert!!
