Approx. 200m from a child-friendly beach is this holiday cottage with swimming pool. The house was partly modernised in 2007. The pool area has 20 m² pool (1.35 m deep), 6-person prefilled whirlpool, sauna and underfloor heating. The layout of the house makes it suitable for 2 families sharing with e.g. 2 bathrooms of which one is connected to the pool room. 5 bedrooms, all have double beds, and 2 single beds on the mezzanine. The kitchen has dish washer, microwave oven and fridge/freezer. The large, combined dining and living room has flat screen TV with digital satellite, stereo sound system with CD player, wood-burning stove and exit to the terrace. There is an extra TV in the living room which the kids can use for playing PS4. 5 bedrooms with double beds (single beds you can part). 2 extra beds on the mezzanine. The house has a large plot for sunbathing, ball games etc. You can also just relax on the terrace. On the large terrace is a grill that you can also use for heating on cooler evenings. On the cooler days you can relax and enjoy the indoor water environment. For the children are swing, sandpit, trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance) and play items as well as cot and high chair. On the nearby camp site is a playground and a small grocer.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis! Der Swimmingpool und die Sauna sind nach einem langen Tag am Strand einfach perfekt, Außerdem ist es ein großer Gewinn, eine PS4 für die Kinder zu haben, Kann ich auf jeden Fall für einen Familienurlaub empfehlen!

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, Der Pool war für die Kinder natürlich das Highlight, Der Whirlpool und die Sauna für die Erwachsenen am Abend das Highlight, Ein groÃes Grundstück mit top ausgestattetem Garten, Liegestühle, Dartscheibe, Trampolin, Schaukeln, Rutsche und Fussballtoren, Der Weg zum Meer ist ein Katzensprung, Nordborg erreicht man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto, Es ist alles an Zubehör und Ausstattung vorhanden, Nur an Sauberkeit hat es bei Ankunft etwas gemangelt, Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie da und haben das Haus voll gemacht,
Alles in allem war es ein gutes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz, die Kinder genossen den Pool und das Spa, einen schönen großen Garten, in dem wir die meiste Zeit gegrillt haben. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist
Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt und bot ausreichend Platz für unsere Gruppe von 12 Personen, Wir genossen die bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer und die friedliche Atmosphäre, Kann diesen Ort für Familientreffen sehr empfehlen!
Wir hatten so eine tolle Zeit! Die Kinder liebten das Trampolin und den Poolbereich, Die Erwachsenen genossen den Grill auf der Terrasse, Perfekt für unser Familientreffen,
