The spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen and panoramic windows offering stunning views of the mountains and lake is the cozy center of the house. The dining table seats up to 10 people. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with a cooking island, fully automatic coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, etc. The living room also features a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with a sound system, internet, and satellite TV. Two sliding doors provide barrier-free access to the spacious terrace, which is furnished with a dining table, double lounger, lounge furniture, hammock, and a large awning. The bathroom and toilet are upstairs, as well as one bedroom, are accessible. Due to the hillside location, the entrance to the two-story house with a cloakroom is located on the upper floor. A carport with an electric charging station (11 kW) and parking for three cars are located directly in front of the house.

The staircase leads to three additional bedrooms, which are pleasantly cool in summer, a spacious bathroom, and a separate toilet. Both the bedroom and the bathroom provide direct access to the garden with a view of the lake. The basement also features a utility room with a washing machine. The house boasts high-quality finishes, including wooden floors, wood-aluminum windows, and fiber optic Wi-Fi (200 Mbps). The garden features another outdoor table, a ping-pong table with balls and bats, and a children's gym.

The basement features a small separate apartment with its own entrance, which is occasionally used by the landlord.

Wir haben eine Woche am Attersee in diesem Haus verbracht. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, ein wunderschönes Haus, hochwertig eingerichtet mit einem sagenhaften Ausblick auf den Attersee. Weil wir gerne kochen, haben wir auch viel Wert auf eine gut ausgestattete Küche gelegt und sind positiv von dem Gebotenen angetan. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, es hat alles wunderbar geklappt.
