6. Cancellation
6.1. The landlord may be forced by special circumstances to cancel or dissolve the rental agreement. Cancellation and release must be done in writing. In this case, the landlord will do their utmost to offer the tenant an alternative. 6.3. After receiving a cancellation from the tenant, the landlord will create a cancellation invoice, taking into account the provisions of this article. Amounts already paid will be settled in accordance with the content of the cancellation invoice, and any balances in favor of the tenant will be refunded.
