Outside, there is a swimming pool measuring 9 metres long and 5 metres wide, with a depth ranging from 1.20 metres to 2.15 metres, and an outdoor shower for cooling off. The garden and surrounding vegetation create a peaceful and welcoming environment. Additionally, there is a porch and two terraces, one of them located next to the pool, furnished for outdoor enjoyment. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, a mobile barbecue is available. There is also an outdoor toilet.

Inside, the living room features a fireplace and satellite TV. The dining area, open to a kitchen equipped with gas hobs, is perfect for enjoying homemade meals. The house has four bedrooms, all on the first floor, with fans. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, while the fourth has a single bed. There are three bathrooms: one en-suite with a bathtub, and the other two with showers, one on each floor. A crib and high chair are available for families traveling with babies. Additionally, the house includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
