On the ground floor, you'll find the living room, furnished with a cozy sitting area, a TV with German channels, and a DVD player.
The separate dining area seats 4 people. The open and modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and small freezer, gas stove, a combination washing machine and dryer, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle, and toaster.
The holiday home has central heating. A steep aluminum staircase leads to the upper floor. For safety, a wooden stair gate is installed at the top of the stairs.

The bathroom features a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
There's a large garden with a wind-protected terrace. An awning, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue are available. The garden is completely fenced or densely grown. The garden shed can be used as well.
Inside, among other things, are 4 bicycles (2 for women and 2 for men). The bikes are available for use but are not an official part of the rental contract, so no reduction in rent will be given if the bikes are not in rideable condition. Therefore, please handle the bikes with care so that the next tenant can also enjoy them.
