This detached villa is located in the enchanting promontory of Ansedonia, opposite Mount Argentario. It is fully equipped and ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

The property is located on the southern coast of Tuscany, just 400 m walk from the sea. From the villa you can reach the beautiful Cosa archaeological site with a small museum on foot. Numerous restaurants can be found within a 15 km radius and the nearest supermarket is 8 km away. The Tagliata Etrusca and the Spacco della Regina are well worth a visit.

Enjoy total privacy and beautiful sea views from the terrace. The villa is spread over 2 floors and equipped with comfortable rooms furnished with care and taste. Air conditioning provides cooling on the top floor and the pleasant garden is furnished with attractive furniture.

Das Haus ist groß und schön, aber es gibt viele versteckte Nebenkosten, wie Klimaanlage (20 Euro pro Tag, nicht für das gesamte Haus, sondern nur für zwei Zimmer, die super heiß sind) und Deckenwechsel (20 Euro pro Raum). Ich werde nicht wiederkommen und ich würde es nicht empfehlen.
