This luxurious holiday home with its own jetty in Balk, Frisian, is very suitable for holidays with the family. From the house you can step into your sloop and have a direct connection to the Frisian Slotermeer. The water villa has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, a smart TV and a spacious dining table. The furnishings are very modern. The villa has a downstairs bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with an ensuite bathroom and a separate bathroom. So a lot of luxury and privacy.

Balk, located in the Frisian Lake District, is characterized by its historic center located on the Luts River, part of the Eleven Cities Route. You can shop extensively along the canal or sit at one of the cozy terraces. The unique villages along the Elfstedentocht route are also definitely worth a visit.

The open kitchen is part of the living room and is equipped with luxury appliances. Through the French doors in the living room you can easily reach the garden with a lovely terrace on the water.

Schönes, komfortables Haus.
Die Badezimmer könnten einen Handtuchhalter vertragen. Wir haben auch eine Nachttischlampe vermisst. Ausgezeichnete Betten.

Sauber, komfortabel und gut gelegen, Alles, was wir brauchten, war direkt zur Hand, Die offene Küche und der Wohnbereich waren großartig für Familientreffen, Die nahegelegenen Restaurants, insbesondere Badmeester Keimpe, waren ein schöner Touch, Eine solide Wahl für einen Urlaub!
