The third bedroom is located in a separate apartment for two people with its own shower room, where one can enjoy absolute privacy.

If Villa Panoramica cannot be taken over on the agreed day or if an earlier departure is necessary on your part, the entire rental price remains due.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the booked stay by the tenant, the following cancellation conditions apply:
60% of the rental price up to 31 days before the start of the rental
90% of the rental price up to 30 days before the start of the rental and below
If the tenant finds another equivalent, full-paying subtenant for the same period, the cancellation fee is reduced to 10%.
Taking out travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
Duties as a Tenant
As our guests, you are expected to treat the rental property, its inventory, and the grounds with care and keep them clean. During your stay, you are responsible for cleaning Villa Panoramica yourself. Of course, you can also book additional services.
The rental property may only be occupied by the number of persons booked or registered with us.

After about 5 km, take the S. Giorgio exit and head towards Lecce.
In Manduria, turn towards S. Pietro, keep straight until you reach the old church in S. Pietro.
By plane:
Low-cost flights from many German airports to Bari and Brindisi are available, from Brindisi it's about 42 km to San Pietro in Bevagna.

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter
bereits bei Buchung hatten wir einen sehr guten Eindruck, von der, wie sich
auch später herausstellte, sehr netten Vermieterin, die uns bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat
behilflich war. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und
die Wasserqualität ist hervorragend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nächster Umgebung.
Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen.
