The house itself accommodates up to 6 people. On the ground floor is the hallway with a toilet, followed by the eat-in kitchen and the living room with a view of the water. On the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with toilet, as well as a great view over the water and the garden. In front of the house, there are parking spaces for 2 cars.
Internet available, no dogs. Non-smoking house.

The tenant may withdraw from the rental contract before the start of the rental period by written declaration to the agent. The relevant point in time is when the withdrawal declaration is received by the agent.
In the event of a cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cost-compensation fee:
- for cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the agreed rental price
- for cancellation 44 to 30 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the agreed rental price
- for cancellation from 29 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the agreed rental price
The tenant retains the right to prove that the landlord has incurred less damage. The tenant may nominate a substitute tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contract in their place upon withdrawal. The landlord may object to the entry of the third party if they appear to be economically or personally unreliable. If a third party enters into the rental agreement, they and the previous tenant are jointly and severally liable to the landlord for the rental price and the additional costs arising from the entry of the third party. The agent is obliged to act in good faith to re-let accommodation that is not taken up and must offset any savings made against the cancellation fees claimed, amounting to €60.
If a cancellation is made for a period that has already been rebooked, in this case, the full rent will be retained and not treated according to the above scale. The deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded to the tenant.
The tenant is advised to take out travel cancellation insurance!
