It is a corner house with its own entrance and a terrace in the garden where you can enjoy the sun. Next to and behind the house are parking spaces for which you will receive a permit (during the paid parking season).The house consists of 2 floors and is comfortably furnished. Simple and practical and everything is in excellent condition. For example, the heating boiler has just been replaced, new laminate flooring and everything is neatly painted.The bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, which can be reached via a staircase.Bed linen is always included and dune maps are available.Parking: On the public road, during the paid parking period you will receive a digital parking permit.
