Enttäuschend war, dass es keine oder nur eine unvollständige Beschreibung der Geräte im Haus gab: Zum Beispiel per Telefon suchen, einen QR-Code eingeben und dann den Typ der ETNA-Induktionsplatte eingeben, um eine einfache Bedienung des Kochfelds zu finden, finde ich einfach es kundenunfreundlich. Es gab noch ein paar weitere Unklarheiten, die man mit einfachen Beschreibungen hätte vermeiden können und dann ist der Einstieg viel angenehmer. Ich bin der Erste, der sich darüber beschwert (und das kann ich mir nicht vorstellen), so der Schaltermitarbeiter, der sehr freundlich blieb.
