Your dream beach vacation spot is just few steps away while you stay in this apartment in Moriani-Plage. The 1-bedroom property can house 3 people and make for a comfortable stay for a family. You can cool off in the shared swimming pool, after coming back from the beach.
Located near the beach of the seaside resort of Moriani-Plage on the Costa Verde. In the surroundings there are many sports and leisure activities, golf, tennis, rafting, fishing, skiing, horse riding, swimming, mountain biking, water sports, hiking, spas (Thermal Spa), naturism, cinemas and entertainment. Visit the towns of Cervione (10 km) and Aleria (30 km).
The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building at the edge of the communal swimming pool. It has a bedroom with 2 beds and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a large balcony with a magnificent view of the park. Laze on the sun loungers around the pool. The park is car-free as everything is within walking distance. So you can walk to the beach or the restaurants in the resort area Moriani-Plage.
For arrivals and departures outside the regular arrival/departures an amount of € 45, - (to be paid locally) is charged. The electricity consumption cost will be charged on-site.

Tolle Lage! Nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt, und wir liebten die Gartengestaltung, Die Kinder schätzten den Spielplatz, und wir genossen die ruhige Umgebung, Werden auf jeden Fall zurückkehren!
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Moriani-Plage! Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand, die Lage war perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub, Der Gemeinschaftspool war bei den Kindern ein Hit, und wir haben es geliebt, danach auf den Sonnenliegen zu entspannen, Der Balkon bot einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Garten, was unsere Morgen noch angenehmer machte, Das Apartment selbst war gemütlich und hatte alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigten, Die nahegelegenen Restaurants, wie Le Dolce Moriani, waren fantastisch für das Abendessen nach einem langen Tag in der Sonne, Sehr zu empfehlen!
Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Das Apartment war sauber und hatte alle notwendigen Dinge, Wir schätzten die ruhige Atmosphäre und liebten es, so nah an der atemberaubenden Moriani Plage zu sein,
Die Lage war für uns sehr praktisch, in der Nähe mehrerer Strände und lokaler Restaurants, Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, was ein Segen während der heißen Sommertage war!
Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon war einfach wunderschön! Wir genossen unseren Morgenkaffee mit Blick auf den Garten, Die Klimaanlage war an heißen Tagen ein Lebensretter, Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt,
Die gemeinsamen Annehmlichkeiten, einschließlich des Pools und der Grillmöglichkeiten, waren fantastisch, Wir hatten sogar die Gelegenheit, etwas Tischtennis zu spielen! Definitiv würden wir für einen weiteren Familienurlaub zurückkehren,
