Our spacious holiday home in Nußbaum is located in the picturesque Nahe Valley – perfect for anyone who appreciates relaxation, nature, and true hospitality. The house accommodates up to 9 people and is available for your exclusive use. It is wonderfully suited for families, friend groups, or small gatherings.

The accommodation spans three floors and is lovingly furnished – with plenty of space to feel comfortable, spend time together, and unwind. A fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, several bedrooms, bathrooms on each floor, a bright lounge, and a large balcony on the upper floor make the house a place where you immediately feel at home.

In selected rooms, there are televisions, and of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house. For longer stays (or if you have children), a washing machine and dryer are available upon request.

The barrier-free ground floor with an external stair lift and accessible bathroom is also well-suited for guests with mobility impairments. Pets are warmly welcomed and free of charge. Children up to 3 years stay for free, and there is a reduced rate for those aged 4-17.

Parking facilities are available directly at the house: two garage spaces, two outdoor parking spots, as well as a public parking lot just about 100 meters away.

Check-in is possible from 3 PM, and check-out is until 10 AM. Upon request, we offer a simple self-check-in and check-out – completely flexible according to your schedule.
