The romantic estate with a total area of 7000 square metres is located in a completely private setting between Pollensa and Sa Pobla, on the old road from Pollensa to Campanet. Here you can feel the most absolute tranquillity. Pollensa is about 6 km away and there are supermarkets, restaurants and more shopping possibilities a little closer, in Sa Pobla or Campanet.
The beaches of Puerto de Alcudia or Puerto de Pollensa are about 8 km away, where kilometres of white sandy beaches await you.

The country house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower. In the combined living-dining area, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. There are also comfortable sofas to relax in during the evenings. There is a television with a DVD/CD player, and an internet connection has also been installed. The house's electricity is supplied through solar panels mounted on the roof.

In front of the property, there is a partially covered terrace with several comfortable seating areas. From here, there is a great view of the large swimming pool with high-quality sun loungers and mountains in the background. In the well-maintained garden, you will find many Mediterranean plants and trees. For social evenings, there is an outdoor barbecue.
