The villa is situated in an area of 2.200sqm, with two other villas located on the same site but at a distance between them that guarantees your privacy. It is fully equipped with all modern amenities and decorated in a most elegant way. There are four bedrooms in a 180sqm setting and it can comfortably accommodate 10 persons.

The building has four levels, each separated from the other with a few short steps. The entrance level, leads to the third level where the living room is. The room offers many windows and doors that open into a very spacious balcony. The balcony offers a sofa with two armchairs and a table large enough to accommodate up to 8 people. The balcony also overlooks the swimming pool and all the above mentioned views. Going up a few steps, you get to the fourth level where you will find two cozy bedrooms with a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds, each room with its own balcony. From the entrance level, you go down a few steps to the ground level, where you will find a third bedroom and one bathroom and the main kitchen. The bedrooms have doors that lead outside and the kitchen has an outside area with a table where you can seat for breakfast or dinner. From there, you go one more level down to the windowed basement which also has its own entrance to the outside, and features one bedroom with its own bathroom, a living room with a sofa which turns into a double bed and a second kitchen.

The house is sunny, cool and safe, with an armored entrance door and secure windows. All bedrooms air-conditioned.
