großer schöner Swimmingpool und ein separater Whirlpool. Schöner großer Garten. Wunderbare Lage und viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Der Besitzer wohnt nebenan und ist ein netter Mann. Sehr hilfreich, kommt jeden Tag, um zu prüfen, ob der Poolfilter nicht verstopft ist usw. (nicht störend oder störend). Zwei sehr gute Restaurants mit manchmal sogar Live-Musik sind buchstäblich 5 und 10 Autominuten entfernt. Großer Supermarkt (Lidl) 10 Autominuten entfernt und kleine Bäckereien um die Ecke. Sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner im Haus.
Sehr schönes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und vor allem einem schönen großen Garten. Erholung garantiert am Haus und doch nur 10 Gehminuten nach Wolkenstein mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einem sehr guten Bäcker bei der Kirche!, 3 guten Restaurants und sehr gutem Fahrradverleih (Rosski) ... Vermieter wohnt in der Nähe und ist bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit Über das Haus / den Garten spricht er nur Spanisch ... für einen Aufenthalt, der etwas über der Jahreszeit liegt, hätte ich diesem Haus eine hervorragende 10 geben können, der einzige Nachteil ist jedoch die fehlende Heizung im großen Wohnzimmer an kalten Abenden im Frühjahr oder Winter, ab Mai ist das natürlich kein Thema mehr, denn für heiße Tage gibt es eine sehr schöne schattige Terrasse.
