There is a second living room designed to enjoy a quiet reading as this space has a bookcase and two armchairs overlooking the fish pond in the garden. For dining, there is a fully equipped gas cooker with all the necessary utensils and a dining area. The kitchen has an exit to a second furnished porch with a barbecue. A bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub completes the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and the last bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub and shower. All bedrooms have A/C. A final bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. You have the extensive promenade of Puerto de Pollença, where you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can taste the rich Spanish gastronomy. If you prefer, you can choose to visit the picturesque village of Pollença where you can visit the Calvari oratory (to access it you must climb a total of 365 steps, one for each day of the year) and walk through the fantastic cobbled streets.
