The private saltwater swimming pool measures 8 x 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 1.90 metres. On the terrace, you’ll find six sun loungers and a parasol for lazy afternoons in the sun, along with a convenient outdoor bathroom with a shower. Children will love playing in the natural garden surrounded by fruit trees, and there’s even a small chicken coop on the property – lovingly cared for by the owner. Best of all, you’re welcome to use the fresh eggs for your cooking.

This single-storey house offers a spacious living area with satellite TV, where you can stretch out on the sofa and unwind, and a charming rustic dining room with a fireplace and another TV, ideal for a cosy family lunch. The newly renovated kitchen, though compact, is fully equipped with everything you might need – including a microwave, electric oven, fridge, and hob. There are two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe; one of them has direct access to the garden. The bathroom comes with a shower, and for families with little ones, we can provide a cot and a highchair. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, and there are also three fans available for your use.

In summer, daily boat trips depart for Formentor, offering a wonderful way to explore the coastline. The town centre has a great selection of shops, bars, restaurants, and a playground for children, and the lively weekly market takes place every Friday. If you fancy a change of scenery, you can visit the charming old towns of Alcúdia or Pollença, explore the S’Albufera Natural Park, discover the caves of Campanet, or spend a fun-filled day at the water park in Alcúdia.
