Villa Can Casta in Petra, Balearic Islands

Outside you will enjoy a romantic garden with acacias and lots of vegetation where the pool is the real protagonist. It is chlorine and measures 8 x 4 meters while the depth goes from 0.95 to 1.8 meters. Around it, numerous sunbeds for sunbathing and outdoor dining area for 8 people under the arbour. There are other corners with garden furniture to enjoy the good weather and the magnificent surroundings. The property is located in the urban core of Petra, has neighbour next door and total privacy.

The property is divided into three buildings. The interior of the main building is decorated in a traditional style with bright, friendly rooms. In the living room on the ground floor you can spend a lazy afternoon watching a film (satellite reception). In a second living room you can also rest on the sofa or enjoy reading. Two stylish dining rooms invite you to have your meals together. The first dining room is very original. The second dining area is in the pretty winter garden. The typical, mallorcan style kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and a gas stove. A shower room is available in this house. Also there are 2 bedrooms with an en-suite shower bathroom and access to the garden, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds.

In the two secondary buildings, there are 2 bedrooms in each building. All bedrooms have got its corresponding bathroom en suite and exit to the pleasant terrace. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and 3 bedrooms have two single beds each. All the buildings have central heating and are separated from each other. If you travel with family, 3 cots and 3 high chairs can be provided. Finally, the house has a laundry area, with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are also 6 fans in total.
