The property is divided in 2 floors and the common areas are big and lited up.
At the ground floor, there is a comfortable dining-room with a satellite TV and air conditioning, and the gas open kitchen disposes of all the necessary amenities you might need during your stay.
You will also find a bedroom with 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a bathroom en suite with a bath and a shower, and a second bathroom with a shower too for common use.
At the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one of them with a wardrobe and both with a double bed, a bathroom en suite with a bath and direct access to a wonderful furnished porch, where you can relax and enjoy de amazing views to the forest and the mountains, or sit at the terrace having a drink.
If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair.
There are a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. The house disposes of diesel oil central heating for the winter and three fans for the summer.
Note: This property cant accept under 30 years old guests, except if they travel with their parents. We need ID copies from every person to accept the reservation.
Pets are not allowed.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

tolle großzügige und saubere Villa mit Wohlfühlfaktof
-sehr schöne Villa, liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber, Wohlfülfaktor.
-Pool mega, vorallem das flache lange Podest im Wasser, für ganz kleine Kinder ist es auch vom Vorteil.
-toller Pavillon für ein wunderschönes Urlaubsfeeling.
- toller Ausblick mit Meerblick bei klarer Sicht.
-tolle höher gelegene Lage die immer ein kleines Lüftchen parat hatte.
-Ventilatoren Schlafräume ausreichend.
Verbesserungsvorschläge:
-Kühlschrank sollte grösser sein.
-Außenanlage um die Finca könnte gepflegter (Rückschnitt Gräser Olivenbäume) und etwas sauberer (Entsorgung zerbrochene Tonkübel) sein.
-Fliegengitter (die Mücken waren leider tagsüber und Abends schlimm)
