The owners planted fruit trees on the plot and depending on the season, you can collect fresh lemons, oranges, plums and greengages. The house offers several terraces, great for al fresco dining. From the kitchen you have access to a chill-out terrace, ideal for a romantic get-together.

The interior of the house combines traditional Mallorcan style with modern decoration. It has bright rooms and unique details such as the stone wall in the dining room. From there, you have access to the fully equipped induction cooker so you can prepare a banquet if you wish. The lounge is a comfortable space for reading or watching satellite TV. In front of the kitchen is the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hoover, an iron and an ironing board. The three bedrooms all have AC and are located on the first floor, two of them have a double bed and one has two single beds. One bedroom with double bed offers an en-suite bathroom with shower. Apart from this, there is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor and one with bathtub upstairs. The whole flat has underfloor heating and three fans, so that you are comfortable both in summer and in winter. The garage, located on floor -1, gives access to the house. Two cars can be parked in the garage, and there is plenty of outdoor parking on the plot.
