The main house covers an area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to six guests. It has three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a spacious living/dining area.
The spacious outdoor area offers various places to relax.
Sunny and shady spots, a lounge, and the heated 9 × 4 m waterfall pool leave nothing to be desired.
A BBQ area with outdoor kitchen, including gas grill, refrigerator, counter, and large dining table are ideal for socialising with family and friends.
The outdoor bathroom has a toilet, hand basin, and shower.
The fantastic view of the Libyan Sea makes every sunset a truly special experience.
A few metres away is the 50 m² studio, which offers space for up to two additional guests.
It is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
Outside there is a private overflow pool as well as a separate outdoor kitchen with gas grill and a dining table.
Because privacy is a top priority for our guests, the studio is available only when rented together with the villa.
