In the house you will find a spacious living room with TV-SAT and Smart TV. The kitchen-dining room is very spacious and has an induction hob. On this main floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms with shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with twin beds and two with a double bed each, one of them with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. Another shower bathroom completes this floor. The bedrooms have a closet and TV-SAT. There is 1 baby cot and 1 high chair. The laundry room offers a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There is air conditioning and radiators in all rooms of the house.

In this chalet you will find beautiful places to relax. The private salt pool sizes 11 x 5 meters, has a depth of 1.45 to 2 meters and is perfect to cool off after sunbathing on the 6 sun loungers in the garden. There is a furnished terrace next to the pool to enjoy a delicious barbecue. Children can play in the playground and adults can play table tennis. The front porch is perfect for a snack or a glass of wine.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
