Beautiful villa with pool is ideal for your holiday.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped.
There are two bedrooms with double beds and each bathroom en suite. There is one separate WC. One bedroom has an additional bed for one person. An additional bed for two persons offers a sofa bed in the living room. Villa is fully equipped with all the modern necessities such as dishwasher, washing machine, Sat / TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Outside is a terrace, swimming pool (32m2) and lots of place for relaxing.

Sehr schönes Domizil- haben 14 Tage verbracht. Super Wetter sehr nette Gastgeberin top Pool und sehr gute Konoba
In der Nähe alles zu Fuß erreichbar Einfach Traumhaft sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern unterwegs. So einen entspannten Urlaub hatten wir noch nie. Zadar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflugsziele und der Yachthafen ganz in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin ist immer erreichbar wenn etwas benötigt würde. Ansonsten lässt sie einen die ganze Zeit in Ruhe. Selbst die Poolreinigung ( alle 2 Tage) haben wir nicht mitbekommen. Alles sauber - alles in allem ein wunderbarer erholsamer Urlaub - jederzeit wieder gerne

Man hat alles was man braucht zum Runterkommen. Vermieterin freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zentral gelegen für Ausflüge. Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe. Super schöner Pool. Alles sehr sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!

We´ve been in the Villa for one week (4 Adults).
The owners Sandra and her husband Emil welcomed us friendly and explained us all what was neccessary to know about the Location arround Sukosan and Zadar.
The Villa is brand new and looks in reality exactly like the photos on this website.
Very Clean and equipped with a beautiful pool.
15 min to the Airport, 15 min to Zadar by car, directly at the sea makes the stay simply perfect.
Also the beautiful Lakes Plitvica and the Waterfalls of Krka are good to reach by car during a day trip.
All in all we can totally recommend this Villa. Especially the warm welcome of the owners and their friendly nature is noted.
