Beschreibung

Villa KiemAnin with sea views – Playa Blanca Lanzarote
The house is newly renovated. It was completely painted inside and outside. All furniture and kitchen appliances are new. The terrace has also been newly tiled and we have created a glass windbreak to raise the wall.
The property has panoramic sea views and also has a very large terrace upstairs with all-round views.
A renovated pool and 4 sun loungers are available. The pool is not heated, but is nearly 20°C even in December and January. A new Weber grill is on site and can be used.
There is a washing machine in the utility room that can be used.
Bed linen and towels are provided. If desired, a change of linen and towels can also be booked as desired.

Urlaubsziel

The location of the villa is very central and also quiet. Playa Blanca is located in the south of Lanzarote and the white natural beaches (Playa Papagayo) can be reached by bike or foot. We also have “German/English/Spanish support” on site who can help at any time.

Das Haus ist top. Schlüsselübergabe unproblematisch, das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer schön eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. In der Küche hat man alles gefunden was man brauchte, inklusive Milchschäumer. Große Kühl-und Gefrierkombination, Waschmaschine und Wäscheleinen. Das Pool war sauber, bzw wurde wöchentlich gereinigt. Großer Esstisch am Pool und Liegen die auch zum Verweilen am Haus und Pool einladen. Die Strandpromenade ist in 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen wo viele Restaurants und Geschäfte sind. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos und freundlich, er war jederzeit zu erreichen.
