The plot includes about 13,000 sqm and is completely fenced. Our guests have a living area of about 280 square meters available. The outer surfaces are generously designed and adapted to the environment.
A Hall and guest toilet and a utility room with washing machine is located at the residential level (iron and ironing board as well).
The elegantly designed living room with comfortable sofa, TV flat screen, Blu-ray player, stereo system invites you to a cosy get-together.
On cooler days, a circulating air fireplace provides for additional warmth.
A spacious dining area with comfortable upholstered chairs and a hand-crafted solid wood table is located in the open kitchen.
Equipped with stylish branded appliances, modern kitchen: dishwasher, built-in microwave oven, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto machine, Toaster, kettle, etc be equipment desired. Special highlight is the side-by-side refrigerator with water outlet and integrated IceMaker.
Already enjoy breakfast outdoors and take a seat at the big table on the set covered terrace.
Due to the location on the slope are all 3 bedrooms on different levels and thus offer a maximum privacy. Each of the bedrooms has a magnificent view on the Akrotiri peninsula, the sea and the White Mountains through large panorama Windows. Equipped with high-quality mattresses and hand-forged, guaranteed traditional beds comfortable. Two of the beds have the size 180 x 200 cm, for people with more space, a bed size 200 x 210 cm available stands in one of the bedrooms.
The adjoining en suite bathrooms are spacious and bright, and others equipped with lighted make-up mirrors, hair dryer.
The bedroom differ slightly in size and facilities (all with safe).
One bedroom has both a terrace, others each feature a private balcony.
All of the rooms are equipped with AC/TV / Blu-ray.
Enjoy swimming in the approx. 50 sqm large infinity pool with incredible views.
Sufficiently comfortable benches are available for sunbathing and relaxing. Enough shade umbrellas and pool deck. In this area you will find an outdoor shower (hot and cold), as well as an additional toilet.
The pool is illuminated at night, creating with discreet lighting in pleasant surroundings.
Take a seat on the comfortable lounge chairs on the large, tightly covered outdoor terrace and enjoy the panoramic views and sunsets over the Aegean Sea with a glass of wine.

Wi-Fi is weekly about 5 GB available in the Villa.
