Beautiful villa, recently renovated and expanded with direct beach access in the area of Baia Caddinas – Golfo Aranci . The villa , on three floors of which the top completely renovated, consists of ground floor with living and dining area, kitchen, large covered terrace overlooking the pool and the sea and lovely garden. Downstairs there are two double bedrooms with bathrooms, 1 single room with ensuite bathroom. All bathrooms have a shower. The first floor , completely independent is composed of a living room overlooking a beautiful panoramic terrace area with great views, kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom .It has all comforts and beautiful garden directly sloping down to the beach. The newly renovated ceilings have exposed beams . The villa is equipped with air conditioning , TV, parking , barbecue area . It is located directly on the sea and is ideal to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people . Please note that the villa is rented entirely to the same group of persons so that all guests have access to all common areas (gardens and swimming pool).
