Dear Heidler family,
I have worked in tourism my whole life and I really care that our guests are satisfied. I try to be at their service as much as possible and solve their potential problems and requirements. This is also visible in the previous reviews. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to fulfill everyone's requirements and wishes. To your objection to the house being between the road and other houses I could do nothing because it is a fact and this is visible on the this web site. The house is located in a small village near Porec and so is listed in the ad. So far none of our guests had any objections to our neighbors. Exactly the opposite...
The web site contains descriptions, pictures and maps that show the exact location of the home and its surroundings. I sincerely regret that your expectations were different from the real state, and that was why you had a negative vacation experience.
I hope that you will not stop spending your vacation time in Croatia.

Schöner Urlaub
Empfehlenswert ist die Zelena Lagune. Super sauberes Wasser und schöne Liegeflächen.

Wunderschöne Finca
Der Pool ist größer als erwartet und mehr als ausreichend. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man hat seine Ruhe und trotzdem hat man innerhalb weniger Minuten Supermärkte und das Stadtzentrum von Porec erreicht.
Der Kontakt mit Frau Ogresta war sehr nett und alles hat sehr unkompliziert geklappt.
Wir können die Finca mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und sollten wir nochmal Urkaub in Kroatien machen, werden wir diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder belegen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool in guter Lage
Super Ferienhaus nahe Poren
Auf die überdachte Terrasse konnte man sich gemütlich zusammen setzen.
Ebenso war der Pool von der Größe gut. Durch die vorhandenen Liegestühle konnte man sich zum Sonnenbaden direkt an den Pool legen oder an die angrenzende Rasenfläche.
In ca. 5 min konnte man das Kaufland,Lidl und einheimische Läden ohne Probleme mit dem Auto erreichen. Nach Porec- Mitte brauchten wir ca. 10 min mit dem Auto.
Man musste jedoch schauen wo man parkt.
Zum Strand war der Weg auch nicht sonderlich weiter. Je nachdem für welchen man sich entschieden hat.
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
Tolles Ferienhaus Nähe Porec-Auto empfehlenswert
Kleine Negativ-Punkte:
-die Holzstühle auf der Terrasse waren etwas unbequem.
-das Haus liegt direkt an einer kleinen Durchgangsstraße von Porec nach Nova Vas-mit etwas Lärm ist daher zu rechnen.
-in unmittelbarer Nähe ist eine kleine Werkschaft, auch hier wird schon mal gehämmert.
Uns hat das alles nicht sonderlich gestört, wer aber absolute Ruhe haben möchte, sollte dieses bedenken.
Einkaufen in ca.4 km, zu den schönen Stränden sind es ca. 5 km - gänzlich ohne PKW geht es nicht, auch nach Porec braucht man ein Auto (Parkgebühren).
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir hoffen den zukünftigen Gästen etwas geholfen zu haben.
Urlaub nahe Porec
Um in die Stadt zu kommen ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, bis Ortsschild Porec ca 3,5 km, bis Strand ca 5 km.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gegeben und es fehlte an nichts.
