Villa Gita is located near the idyllic village of Tinjan in Istrian hinterland and spreads over two floors and 120m2. It has a large private garden (1200m2) with a swimming pool (32m2), a sundeck, children's playground, private parking space, outside dining area, Bbq. The Vila consists of three separate and comfortable and fully air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower), an open plan living and dining area, fully equipped modern kitchen and a covered terrace with garden furniture in front of the pool. At your disposal is also a large Sat-Tv, A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, juicer, smoothie-maker, microwave, coffee-machine. The villa is very modernly and lovingly furnished and ideal for families with kids.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Gita sehr genossen. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen in dem Dörfchen Grintavica ohne direkte Nachbarn direkt in der Natur, ein Paradies für uns mit 2 Hunden und Sonne von morgens bis abends. In der Villa hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, ein defekter Kühlschrank wurde sofort von den sehr netten Besitzern ausgetauscht. Auch die nähe zum besten Lokal in der Region (Tinjan) hat uns sehr gefallen.
Wir werden für nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Wir sind als Familie mit unseren zwei Kindern angereist und wurden herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Highlight ist der Pool! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Aktiv-Urlaub in der Villa Gita verbracht.
Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, der Ausblick ist traumhaft, die Lage einfach super zum entspannen und aktiv sein.
Von Frau Fani wurden wir schon lange vor der Reise ausführlich über das Haus, die Umgebung und mögliche Ausflüge informiert. Vor Ort gibt es viele Informationen und Tipps. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt!
Wunderschöne Routen zum Wandern, spazieren oder Joggen haben auch unsere aktiven Männer zufrieden gestellt. Ruhige kleine Badebuchten erreicht man in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto.
Allerdings lädt der Pool mit Meerblick zum faulenzen ein.
Unser Urlaub war rundherum traumhaft und wir kommen gerne wieder!
