This beautiful and luxury villa of the 1920’s has an AMAZING SEA VIEW to Cannes and the Lérins island, Sainte-Marguerite en Île Saint-Honorat, situated before Cannes. The villa offers a great atmosphere and has a large private overflow pool with Jacuzzi- and a children area and poolhouse with bar and barbecue area and around the pool there are large and well equipped terraces with dining area’s, lounge chairs, sun-beds etc.etc.
At the top to the hill in the closed garden there is a sports room with again the great view. The 4 bedrooms in this villa all have doors to a balcony or private terrace and tere are well equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens!
The garden is beautiful and secluded with lots of flowers and trees and various terraces at different levels to enjoy the quiet area and the great sea-view.
The lay-out is as follows: closed gate with driveway to the villa with ample parking space. Entree, large and brights living with fire place and doors at 2 sides to the terraces of the pool and to the sea-side, lounge area and dining area, open kitchen with all appliances. Hall way with guest toilet. The staircase, with beautiful stained glass windows, leads to the floor with the bedrooms. Two bedrooms are situated at the sea-side and both have doors to the terrace, fixed wardrobes and double beds. These 2 rooms share the first bathroom with bathtub, toilet and double washbasins. The 3rd bedroom has a private terrace at the backside of the villa but also with sea-view!. This rooms has 2 single beds and also a fixed wardrobe. The second bathroom, also with bathtub and shower facilities, is situated next to this rooms. There is a separated toilet.
A few steps higher in the hallway, you are entering the very large masterbedroom with a large and private dressing, a bathroom area with washbasin, bathtub, shower and a separate toilet. Furthermore the sleeping area with double bed and with ‘roll-up-doors’ over the full width, which gives acces to a large private terrace and a fantastic and private sea-view giving you the idea that you are still dreaming while waking up! From this terrace a staircase leads to the sports ‘prieel’ on top of the plot, with various sporting equipments.
The garden is beautifully maintained and offers various cozy seats. The terraces in front of the villa have both dining- and lounge area’s and there is a build-in bbq area at the poolhouse with bar-area.
