Villa Port Nou in Cala Bona, Balearic Islands

The building comprises 3 floors. On the ground floor you have a charming living - dining room equipped with a TV-sat, and open to the kitchen behind a sliding door. This offers a ceramic top. There are 3 bedrooms, with twin beds and a closet. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor, and the last one is on the top (second) floor. All of the rooms offer an en-suite bathroom, one with both bath and shower, the other two just with a shower each. In addition, there is a toilet on the main floor where you will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. Please, note that for safety reasons, only the upper panels of the windows can be opened on the first and the second floor, except the window with access to the second floor terrace. Finally, a baby cot, a high chair, 2 fans and underfloor heating complete the equipment.

Would you like to really feel the sea nearby while you enjoy an impressive house with a private garden and a beautiful chlorine pool? Imagine yourselves while admiring the sea a few metres away and at the same time basking in the sun on the 6 sun loungers or on the lawn, enjoying delicious barbecues at the porch, playing table tennis, or swimming in the pool that sizes 6 x 3 metres and has a water depth that goes from 0.8 to 1.4 metres. The best is that the sea is only a few steps away where you also can enjoy a salt water dip!

Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.
There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
Changeover day on Saturday from June to September.
