A small driveway lined with colourful trees and lush plants will lead you to the understated yet welcoming main entrance of this single-storey renovated farmhouse.
At the rear of the villa is a large garden which hosts an impressive 10m x 5m private swimming pool surrounded by greenery and an English garden. In this area there are lounge chairs and parasols around the pool, as well as a large covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue for enjoying evenings outdoors with great company, a lounge area shaded by the trees.Everything you need for spending quality time outdoors, whether it’s relaxing with a book, fine dining, or swimming laps!
The property is located just a short distance from local beaches, incredible golfing opportunities and Syracuse city centre, as well as other stunning baroque towns in western Sicily.

Entering in Casale dell'ulivo you will find a beautiful, bright living area, traditionally yet elegantly furnished with high ceilings with exposed beams and large windows which let in plenty of light.

The living and dining area offers a welcoming atmosphere, with large French windows opening onto the garden, as well as a generous sofa in front of the satellite TV, perfect for cosy evenings indoors. There is an additional reception room to the side which is ideal for taking advantage of some peace and quiet when in a large group.

There is also a beautiful rustic kitchen, styled in fresh shades of grey and blue which directly overlooks the terrace by the pool, fully equipped with all modern conveniences including a blender and a dishwasher, and decorated with traditional Sicilian ceramics.
The sleeping area is accessed from the living area and is composed of five bedrooms and three bathrooms, all elegantly furnished and with high ceilings for added space and light. There are 3 double and 2 single rooms, of which the master bedroom features an en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe, while there are two other bathrooms available for the remaining rooms. The bedrooms are simple yet classically furnished in wood with gold accents and feature many eye-catching works of art.


Those staying longer will be pleased to know that a mid-week cleaning service and weekly towel change is provided, and the villa also comes with laundry facilities, including an iron and ironing board. Private parking is also available on site.
