Outstanding and Wonderful
An outstanding and wonderful building with everything we needed . It has been renovated to a very high spec and the kitchen was a dream for us as we love to cook. Aesthetics were truly superb.
The outdoor space with a beautiful pool and ambience was so relaxing to chill out and totally destress especially in the Mallorca heat of the day.
A stones throw from all the restaurants and shops and but so peaceful.
We absolutely loved our stay.and highly recommend.

Kompliment für die wirklich sehr gelungene Revitalisierung Ihres Hauses; da passt jedes Detail und das Haus hebt sich überaus wohltuend vom üblichen Ferienhaus-Einerlei ab.
Im Übrigen bedanken wir uns nochmals für die unkomplizierte Buchung und Abwicklung unseres Kurzurlaubs.
Wenn die Umstände ein unbeschwertes Reisen wieder zulassen, können wir nur jedem nur empfehlen, Ihr Haus in Pollenca zu besuchen und den Aufenthalt dort zu genießen.
Super auch für Langzeitaufenthalt
Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch an kälteren Tagen sehr gemütlich. Die Komplettrenovierung des alten Stadhauses ist mehr als gelungen. Die modernen Elemente fügen sich hervorragend ein und bieten einen auf Mallorca eher selten gesehenen, hohen Komfort.
Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war super angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns über den kompletten Zeitraum sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Lleó57 uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Excellent base for exploring the north eastern part of Mallorca
It is a good starting point for an active vacation with nice terrain both for cycling and trekking.
The biggest problem was the comfortable house as the evenings became late and the mornings lazy. Well, after all, it was a holiday. The joy of a swim or a walk along beach the does not disappear with the morning dew.

Das Haus und der geräumige Aussenbereich bieten sehr viel Platz. Je nach Tageszeit und Temperatur bieten sich perfekte Plätze: Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Morgensonne, baden und sonnen am Pool und später grillen und mit stimmungsvoller Beleuchtung den Abend im Patio ausklingen lassen. Pollenca und Lleo57 ist super für alle, die mehr als nur Strand suchen. Das Haus lädt zum daheimbleiben ein und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Zu empfehlen ist der Wochenmarkt Sonntag früh auf dem Placa Major.
