Newly built, beautiful, modern and comfortable villa with private pool, suitable for 10 people, near Umag. It is equipped with high-quality designer furniture. On the ground floor, there is a living room overlooking a large pool with deck chairs, beautifully landscaped gardens and green surroundings, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), and two en suite bedrooms with private bathrooms. On the second floor are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and one with a private bathroom and pool view. Air conditioners are located in the living room and in the hallway on the second floor. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning in the room.
