Due to the open architecture, the large outdoor staircase, and the balconies, this property is less suitable for toddlers and people with disabilities. The use of a car is a MUST for a stay in Altea Hills. The villa has 2 private parking spaces right by the house, which can be secured with an automatic gate. We do not rent to young people under 25 years of age. Parties are not allowed.

A wonderful place to view the surroundings and relax. You do need a car, otherwise it is difficult to get there. But close to the beach, nice towns and cozy restaurants.
I enjoyed it and will definitely come back!!
