This gorgeous property has a unique atmosphere and is perfectly located in the heart of a little forest without any traffic while at the same time being close to beach, shops and town! It has a 3-stars rating with a private pool, garden and parking. The villa has a swimming pool where you can swim a few laps and relax. This is an ideal stay for a family of 6 members.

The villa is 0.6 km from the town center and supermarkets. The nightlife pubs are at 2 km. 1.5 km away, you can spend a day at the seabeach with water sports and lots of fun. You have walking access to the beach through the forest, directly from the property's doorstep. Bicycles can be rented nearby. Horse riding, tennis, golf and thalasso therapy can be enjoyed at 3 km. In front of the villa, there's a large, shaded terrace and a lovely garden inviting you to dine outside. The sun-loungers by the swimming pool are great to linger in the fresh air. Der Wald von Pignada erlitt ein Jahr zuvor ein Feuer, das alles rund um diese Villa zerstörte. Sehr enttäuscht, dies beim Besuch vor Ort entdeckt zu haben, da die Fotos auf der Baustelle vor dem Brand aufgenommen wurden. Niemand hat mir von diesem tragischen Ereignis vor einem Jahr erzählt. Sie können sich unsere Enttäuschung vorstellen, als wir am Tatort ankamen.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht, dies bei unserem Besuch vor Ort entdeckt zu haben, da die Fotos vor Ort vor dem Brand aufgenommen wurden.
